Gomez Aviation is an independent flight instruction business operated by Dylan Gomez at Long Beach Airport (KLGB). This policy explains what information gomezaviation.com collects, why it is collected, and who it is shared with.

This policy covers the website only. It does not cover the separate records that flight training itself requires, such as logbook entries, endorsements, and FAA paperwork, which are kept and handled according to FAA regulations.

The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number, the program you are interested in, and your message. Your name and email address are required so that a reply can be sent. Everything else is optional.

If you contact Gomez Aviation directly by email or phone instead of using the form, whatever you choose to include in that message is received the same way.

No account is created, no password is stored, and no payment information is ever collected through this website. Payment for training is arranged directly, as described in the Payment and Refund Policy.

Information you send is used to reply to your inquiry, answer questions about training, schedule lessons, and follow up about the program you asked about. That is the only purpose.

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not shared with anyone for their own marketing.

The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms. When you submit the form, the information in it is sent from your browser directly to Web3Forms, which forwards it by email to Gomez Aviation. Web3Forms handles that message in transit and is subject to its own privacy policy.

The contact section of the home page embeds a Google Maps frame showing the Long Beach Airport location. Loading that map connects your browser to Google, which may receive your IP address and set its own cookies. This happens under Google's privacy policy, not this one.

Links to the Google Business listing, Google Maps directions, and any other outside site take you to services that are governed by their own privacy policies.

This site is served as static pages by its web host, which like most hosts keeps standard server logs that can include IP addresses and request times for security and reliability purposes.

This website does not set advertising cookies, and it does not use analytics or visitor-tracking software of its own. There is no cross-site tracking and no advertising network on this site.

The embedded Google Map is the exception noted above: it may set cookies from Google when the contact section loads. If you would rather avoid that, most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies or block frames from other sites.

Inquiries arrive as email and are kept only as long as they are useful for answering you and, if you become a student, for maintaining the training relationship and any records required by law.

You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time using the contact details below, and it will be removed unless a record has to be kept for FAA or other legal reasons.

You can ask what information about you is held, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send that request to the email or phone number below and it will be honored as promptly as is reasonable.

California residents may have additional rights regarding personal information under California law. Gomez Aviation does not sell personal information as that term is used in those laws, and requests from California residents are handled the same way as any other request described above.

You are never required to use the contact form. Calling or emailing directly works just as well.

Flight training is open to students who are under 18, and a prospective student or a parent may reasonably contact Gomez Aviation on their behalf. This website is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through this site, contact Gomez Aviation using the details below and it will be deleted.

This site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Reasonable care is taken with the inquiries that are received.

No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee can be made. Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as medical details or government identification numbers, through the contact form.

This policy may be updated as the website or the services offered change. When it is, the revised date shown at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.
